Medium: Oil on canvas Dimensions: 56cm x 72cm

Orientation: Landscape Date: 3 / 2007 A study of small rock pool, one of Stuart's many studies on water and streams in his local area - this one in particular is of a part of the Hutt River. The way colour and light play across the canvas is a simple but masterful way to create depth, and also to bring out a beautiful golden colour in the piece.
